Feedback
Feedback from patients and families is helping us to see what the public really thinks about the services we provide. We will use the feedback to drive improvements in the care we provide and value your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your thoughts. If you don’t feel comfortable contacting us, you can contact our regulator, the CQC, or The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and care services in England. As part of their inspection they would like to know what you think about the care you have received from OSR Medical Ambulance Service. You can give the CQC your thoughts by filling in this comment card. Your feedback will be treated confidentially and will only be viewed by the CQC inspectors. The CQC inspectors may or may not contact you individually about your feedback, if you have provided contact details.
The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman make final decisions on complaints that have not been resolved by the NHS in England and UK government departments and other public organisations. They do this fairly and without taking sides and their service is free. Their helpline (0345 015 4033) is open Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday from 8.30am to 12pm.
